At Operation Reach Back, we are firm believers in two things when it comes to service: 1) service has no expiration date, 2) there is also no minimum age requirement to serve. Service is an act of your will and can be as easy as offering a smile. No matter where you find yourself in life, whether experiencing your greatest success or greatest challenge, you should always find a way to offer yourself in service to those who need it. You can change a life just by willfully serving and the life you change may be your own.

Operation Reach Back is a firm believer in giving back to the community. We have taken advantage of several opportunities to give back in support of philanthropic activities. One of our "Core Principles" is RETURN; it is our duty to give back to those in need because as some point in our lives, we have been on the receiving end of someone else's giving.
Operation Reach Back has been blessed with the opportunity to serve as mentors in multiple Prince Georges County Schools.
We have mentored in elementary and middles schools.Turning Point Academy in Greenbelt, MD was our first school of service and we have expanded to provide in-school mentorship to 3 additional schools as of 2020. Click the link above to find out more about our in-school program
