As a mentoring organization, we do incur costs in our service that require us to maintain a budget.  Whether it is preparing to provide extended services to our mentees, providing snacks during our in-person mentoring meetings, planning an outing at no cost to the mentees, purchasing necessary resources to facilitate virtual mentoring, or providing the mentees with tangible incentives (amongst many other things), all things have a cost.  We want to be able to serve at a greater level.
